1. VENUE TEAM MEMBER

Frankie & Lola’s is an award-winning Family Entertainment Centre business founded in Inverness in 2014. We’re looking for an ambitious, passionate and energetic Venue Team Member to join our team and help us deliver on our mission of building the biggest and most successful Family Entertainment Centre brand as we continue to expand to new locations throughout the United Kingdom.

As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring every interaction our customers have with Frankie & Lola’s is better than the last.

Responsibilities include:
• Engaging with parents and kids alike to make their visit exciting.
• Serving our customers in our reception, café and party environments.
• Maintaining cleanliness standards across our venue and play areas.
• Building relationships with customers and resolving customer enquiries with professionalism.
• Delivering on the challenge to provide the best service for our customers, and working with the team to hit targets and goals.

Applicant Profile – What we look for in an excellent Venue Team Member:
• Prior experience in retail/hospitality desired but not strictly required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work both as part of a team and individually.
• Computer literacy required.

2. COMMIS CHEF/CHEF DE PARTIE

• Daytime role, no evening work
• Part time (16+ hours per week)
• Monday to Sunday
• Late start

Ideal for those with commercial kitchen experience, who want a great work-life balance.

Frankie & Lola’s are looking to hire part-time chefs, 16+ hours per week (day time only, no evening work), pay rate negotiable DOE.

Join our team in Inverness to work in our kitchen preparing food for our customers.

Frankie & Lola’s is an award winning family entertainment centre which has won accolades in the
past for its commitment to high quality food and beverage offering.

This is an excellent part time opportunity for an experienced chef or likewise a home cook with
commercial kitchen experience looking to work with a friendly team. We’re offering late starts
most days, weekend work and additional hours may be available if desired.

Responsibilities include:
• Contributing, consistently, to the delivery of a smooth and high quality food service.
• Developing a strong working knowledge of our menu, and preparing each item to a high standard and in-line with established guidelines. Menu items include pastas, wraps, sandwiches, breakfast items, homemade cakes and desserts, etc.
• Assisting in the ordering, storage, control and management of all stock, according to regulations and administrative procedures.
• Complying with all current Health & Safety and food hygiene regulations and to ensure the health, safety and enjoyment of visitors whilst using our food service facilities.
• Assisting with all aspects of daily, weekly and monthly cleaning of the kitchen, equipment and other food service areas; ensuring that high levels of hygiene standards are maintained.
• Working with the wider venue team to ensure that the Frankie & Lola’s customer service excellence standards are delivered daily.
• Coordinating with front of house team to deliver food for functions and parties on a tight schedule.

The ideal candidate will:
• Have some experience in hospitality/leisure cooking environments.
• Have a basic understanding of food hygiene and safety.

evening work).

Join our team in Inverness to head up our kitchen preparing food for our customers.

Frankie & Lola’s is an award winning family entertainment centre which has won accolades in the
past for its commitment to high quality food and beverage offering.

This is an excellent full time opportunity for an experienced chef looking to work with a friendly
team within sociable hours. We’re offering late starts most days.

Responsibilities include:
• Taking ownership of the delivery of a smooth and high quality food service.
• Developing a strong working knowledge of our menu, and preparing each item to a high standard and in-line with established guidelines. Menu items include pastas, wraps, sandwiches, breakfast items, etc.
• Overseeing the ordering, storage, control and management of all stock.
• Complying with all current Health & Safety and food hygiene regulations and to ensure the health, safety and enjoyment of visitors whilst using our cafe.
• Overseeing all aspects of daily, weekly and monthly cleaning of the kitchen, equipment and other food service areas; ensuring that high levels of hygiene standards are maintained.
• Working with the wider venue team to ensure that the Frankie & Lola’s customer service excellence standards are delivered daily.
• Coordinating with management and front of house team to deliver food for functions and parties on a tight schedule.

The ideal candidate will:
• Have experience in hospitality/leisure cooking environments.
• Have a robust understanding of food hygiene and safety.
