Enquire

Can I extend my 2 hour bookings while I'm there?

Parking validation can be extended at our reception please just ask.

Can I report an allergy before my visit?

Yes, please make us aware of any allergies or food sensitivities when booking in at reception. Staff will be more than happy to discuss options with you.

Please Note: Due to our food and drink being prepared in a cafe kitchen environment and using shared equipment, there is always a risk of cross contamination.

What are the rules of play?

Let's Play Fair!

The supervision of children is the SOLE responsibility of the PARENT or GUARDIAN. While we encourage and try to enable the development of children's awareness as well as social and ethical norms, we cannot be responsible for individual incidents during the rough and tumble of normal play. That said, we do understand things can go wrong from time to time and we do try to be conciliatory while respecting everyone's opinion

Can I bring my own food and drink with me?

Unfortunately, no!  However, we have a well stocked café selling hot and cold food and beverages all day. The only exception to this is of course, baby food. Customers with specific dietary requirements should notify staff at reception.
Consumtion of food is not permitted on the climbing frames or play areas.

How long is each session?

Each session is 2 hours long, plenty time to have a play and something to eat from our cafe.

Do you have wheelchair access in St. Matthews?

Yes. The venue is on the mezzanine level. Access is by escalator ramp and there is also a lift from the ground floor. If you are driving, you can park on the same level as the front entrance.

Do I need to prebook?

We operate on a 'walk up' basis - tickets can be purchased at reception. Please note that there may be a small wait time if the venue is busy but we will always do our utmost to keep this to a minimum. From time to time, we also host ticketed events which are promoted and published on our website and social media channels in advance.
