Parking validation can be extended at our reception please just ask.

Can I report an allergy before my visit?

Yes, Please make us aware of any allergies or food sensitivities when booking in at reception. Staff will be more than happy to discuss options with you.

What are the rules of play?

Let's Play Fair!

The supervision of children is the SOLE responsibility of the PARENT or GUARDIAN. While we encourage and try to enable the development of children's awareness as well as social and ethical norms, we cannot be responsible for individual incidents during the rough and tumble of normal play. That said, we do understand things can go wrong from time to time and we do try to be conciliatory while respecting everyone's opinion

Can I bring my own food and drink with me?

Unfortunately, no!  However, we have a well stocked café selling hot and cold food and beverages all day. The only exception to this is of course, baby food. Customers with specific dietary requirements should notify staff at reception.
Consumtion of food is not permitted on the climbing frames or play areas.

How long is each session?

Each session is 90 minutes long. This gives us adequate time in between each session to properly sterilise, clean and prepare the play areas and cafe furniture.

We advise getting there prompty - around 5 minutes before your session is due to start.

Do you have wheelchair access in St. Matthews?

Yes. The venue is on the mezzanine level. Access is by escalator ramp and there is also a lift from the ground floor. If you are driving, you can park on the same level as the front entrance.

How does 'Kids Eat Free' work?

Every Wednesday, we run a 'Kids Eat Free' session from 3.30pm - 6pm. Tickets for toddlers & older are priced at £4.95 and for every standard ticket purchased, we'll provide one hot meal per child from our 'Kids Eat Free' menu. The session runs from 3.30pm but there is no requirement to arrive at that time. We understand things don't always go to schedule with the school run so we have extended this last session until 6pm. Food can be ordered until 5.30pm.

Do I need to prebook?

We strongly recommend pre-booking to guarantee preferred slot times. Walk up bookings can still be made, but as capacity has been reduced due to Covid regulations & guidelines, we are unable to guarantee availabilty.
