Rules of Play

Let's Play Fair!

The supervision of children is the SOLE responsibility of the PARENT or GUARDIAN. While we encourage and try to enable the development of children's awareness as well as social and ethical norms, we cannot be responsible for individual incidents during the rough and tumble of normal play. That said, we do understand things can go wrong from time to time and we do try to be conciliatory while respecting everyone's opinions and perspectives.

Covid Safety

Keeping Us All Safe

We are commited to providing a safe environment for our customers and staff. We have reduced the number of slots each day to allow for adequate time to clean and sterilize all the play equipment and cafe furniture for each new session. We have also reduced our capacity and seating arrangements in line with current government guidelines.

If you have any concerns or require further information, please don't hesitate to contact a memeber of our team.

EVERYONE is welcome at Frankie and Lola's.

We've tried to make the venue as accessible as possible. There are no stairs and all the general facilities are on one level. However, due to the nature and size of the climbing frames, it may not be possible for every child to take part in all areas of the venue. Individual risk MUST be assessed by PARENTS or GUARDIANS, proportionately to a child's abilities.

We are committed to providing excellent customer service in a friendly, engaging and safe environment.
Our top priorities are to encourage and enable the early development of children's awareness, fine and gross motor skills, and to help enable social and ethical norms. We are focused on helping to develop peer to peer relationships in young people.

ASD Visitors

The freedom for children to go at their own pace is very important for a great day out. It is essential that PARENTS or GUARDIANS assess the suitability of the venue and climbing frames for individual children. It can sometimes be noisy and busy, and we recognise that this just isn't suitable for everyone.

We are most popular during school holidays and weekends. During these periods, we can be busy throughout the day. If you would prefer to visit at a quieter time, we would recommend booking in the morning or late afternoon, outside of school holidays.

We also have specific ASD sessions where there are less children and the music is set to a very low volume. Please follow us on Facebook or Instagram for more details of these sessions.
If you're still undecided on the best time to visit, call us and we’ll talk you through everything that might be useful to know in advance. If you’re still unsure, come along and see how it goes. We’ll refund your ticket price in full if things don’t go to plan.

Diversity and Inclusivity

We are committed to providing an environment that is both diverse and inclusive for our customers and our staff. Everyone is welcome at Frankie and Lola's regardless of race, ethnicity, age, national origin, sexual orientation, cultural identity, assigned sex, gender identity, physical ability or mental ability. We respect and appreciate what makes us all different and unique.

Toilets

All our toilets are located on the same floor as the climbing frames and play areas. We have dedicated disability facilities and we also have baby changing facilities which are regularly cleaned and inspected.

Booking & Pricing

Frankie and Lola's reserves the right to amend or change pricing without prior notice. We will honour the original pricing of any exisitng booking made via our automated booking service prior to any subsequent price changes. Errors and ommissions excepted.

Refunds and Cancellations

Individual bookings are non refundable and non transferable. However, if you have made a booking for a particular date in error, we will endeavour to move the booking to the correct day dependent on availability. Please contact your local venue to provide the necessary information.

Unfortuantely we are unable to refund a booking in the event of you having to cancel. Once a booking is made, your slot is automatically reserved which prevents anyone else being able to book that slot. Please note the system operates on a 'first come, first serve basis'.
